HPC Mark Overview
Eligible Cold Pressure Council members can use the the High Pressure Certified (HPC) mark to help identify the benefits delivered by High Pressure Processing. Consumers will recognize the value of products that carry the HPC mark.
Special Pricing
First 2 products are free of charge
3 - 50 products: $250 per SKU
51 - 100 products: $150 per SKU
101 - 200 products: $95 per SKU
201 or more products: $60 per SKU
Verification Process
In order to use the High Pressure Certified® mark on your product(s), you must be a
General or Retailer member of the Cold Pressure Council.

Step 1
Tell us about your products
Email Madison Talbot, mtalbot@pmmi.org & Tom Egan, tegan@pmmi.org a list of products you plan to use the HPC logo on
Step 2
Sign license agreement and submit payment
The CPC will email you an invoice for $250/product along with the License Agreement.
Step 3
The CPC counter signs agreement
Email the signed license agreement back to Madison Talbot, mtalbot@pmmi.org & Tom Egan, tegan@pmmi.org and we will counter sign. Once the agreement is counter-signed, we will need a list of products to upload, plus the third-party certification.
Step 4
Load information into HPC database
In your supplier portal for the HPC logo database, you will load your products and SKU numbers, you will also need to load the letter from a third-party company stating your challenge test passed, along with your approved HACCP Plan letter from a third-party stating you are compliant.
